jiri-skuta 8879b36e8a Rebuild fleet-protocol-cpp v1.2.0 packages for all platforms

Tag v1.2.0 was moved up the main branch to commit 3784c3d
(Fixed RAII memory management in ConvertibleBuffer and ConvertibleBufferReturn).
Packages rebuilt for all supported platforms: ubuntu-22.04, ubuntu-24.04,
ubuntu-25.04, debian-12, fedora-41, fedora-42, fleet-os-3.
