347708beca Rebuilt msquic v2.5.6 packages for Fedora 41 and Fedora 42 without libnuma 
Previous builds linked against libnuma.so.1 (pulled in via java-latest-openjdk
installing numactl-libs in the Docker image). Rebuilt with numactl-libs
explicitly removed from the Docker image so libmsquic.so has no libnuma
dependency.

2934147d3c Add msquic v2.5.6 packages for all platforms (#22) 
Add msquic v2.5.6 release and debug packages for ubuntu 22.04/24.04/25.04, debian 12, fedora 41/42, and fleet-os 3.
